Home valuation
Not an algorithm. Don pulls the last 60 days of sales on your street and the homes you'd be competing with, and sends you a number you can plan around. Free, no obligation, usually back within one business day.
Why it matters
Halifax-Dartmouth ended October 2026 with 1,568 homes for sale, about 4.3 months of supply and 26% more choice for buyers than a year earlier. The average home took 47 days to sell, up from 38 days in October 2025, and sellers received about 95% of their original asking price.
In a market like this, an overpriced home tends to sit, then chase the market down through price cuts, and buyers discount it along the way. The homes still selling quickly are priced off this month's sold comparables, properly prepared, and launched everywhere at once.
