Renée serves Hubbards, St. Margaret's Bay, the South Shore and Halifax, and brings more than twenty years in teaching, hospitality and management to every file.
Originally from Vancouver and raised in Ontario, Renée chose Nova Scotia on purpose, which is part of why she is so good with people arriving here for the first time. Teaching gave her patience for first-time buyers and the habit of explaining things until they actually make sense. Management gave her follow-through: inspections, deadlines, negotiation and paperwork all handled, and clients told what is happening before they have to ask.
Clients tend to say the same thing about her: she listens first, communicates constantly and takes care of the details. Away from work she volunteers with the SPCA, is president of the Vespa Club of Halifax, and can usually be found at a local event or out exploring the shore.
How Renée works
First-time buyers and people moving from away have the most questions, and Renée would rather answer all of them than have you guess. She walks you through the process in plain language, from pre-approval to possession, then manages the timeline so nothing slips. On the South Shore that includes the things a city buyer might not think to ask about: wells, septic systems, road maintenance, shoreline and the realities of a rural commute.
