Chelsea is a lifelong Nova Scotian with nearly a decade of experience helping families buy and sell across Halifax, Bedford, Sackville, Fall River and Hammonds Plains.
Before real estate she worked as an interior consultant, and it still shows. She is the one who can see what a home could be, stage it so buyers see it too, and tell you honestly which improvements will pay you back and which will not. That eye is why sellers and move-up buyers ask for her, and why she is comfortable with new construction and higher-end homes where presentation matters most.
An investor in her own right, Chelsea understands the numbers as well as the finishes. Clients describe the experience the same way: calm, organised and stress-free. Off the clock she is usually at the gym, exploring a new local spot or spending time with family.
How Chelsea works
Buyers decide quickly, and most of that decision is made before they walk through the door. Chelsea plans the preparation of a home the way she once planned interiors: what to remove, what to repair, what to leave alone, and how to photograph it. For buyers, the same eye works in reverse. She can look past a dated kitchen to the house underneath, and tell you what it would take to get there.
